Meet Up With Jingzhu
Speak to Jingzhu at the Jinzhou Theater and he will ask you to help him collect Tuners from the Tacet Field.
Clear the Tacet Field
Head over the the Tacet Field near Qichi Village and clear all of the enemies that spawn. Speak with Jingzhu after you collect the Tuners.
Tune Your Echoes
Tuning will further unlock Substats for every Substat slot your Echo has. This can be done by spending Tuners on your Echoes after they have reached their maximum level.
How to Tune Echoes
Visit Linghan
Return to Jinzhou City and visit Linghan once more. Encounter one of her grandchildren asking for help, and head over to the cave near the North Gate of Jinzhou City.
Defeat the TDs
Defeat the TDs that surround Linghan and accompany the elderly couple back to Jinzhou City. The quest will conclude after Jingzhu admits to you that Linghan is actually his beloved wife that has trouble remembering him.
